I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided by your team. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail.However, the results of the operation where not what I expected. While I am satisfied with the outcome, I feel that there may be room for improvement. Especially in the description and or orientation of the results when lasik is done to correct near and far sightedness. Further, the complications of having dry eyes and the implications this has in my life.I want to emphasize that I am not dissatisfied with the service provided. Rather, I believe that by discussing at length the difference of a lasik procedure such as mine would potentially improve future patients experience.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Marc Bosem to do my daughter's eye surgery. She has suffered with eye problems and astigmatism, since she was 6 years old. Today she will tell you that she sees better than she did with contacts or glasses. He was very compassionate and caring through the whole procedure. He talked to her the whole time to help keep her calm. Highly recommend this doctor!!! We can't Thank You enough!!!
