Dr. Michelle Gonzalez

CorrectVision Laser Institute’s Clinical Director, optometrist and Physician Relations Coordinator, Dr. Michelle Gonzalez provides comprehensive eye exams, as well as pre and post-operative care for all surgical procedures. In addition, she works closely with other local optometrists and primary care physicians to ensure the highest standard of medical care for all our patients.

Dr. Gonzalez received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University, School of Optometry, in 2003. A member of the Optometric Honors Society, she received awards of Excellence in Primary Care, Ocular Disease and Contact Lenses. She has been very involved in research studies in the fields of amblyopia, dryness and contact lenses, and is an active member of the Florida and Broward County Optometric Associations.

A Cuban-American born in Miami, Dr. Gonzalez is fluent in both English and Spanish and adores reading and traveling with her family.
