The abundance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables are likely the reason why those who include a variety of colorful foods in their diets enjoy better vision as they age.

Practice Good Hygiene
Dirty hands, contact lenses and makeup brushes can all introduce unwanted bacteria into your eyes.
